Brand new in Summer 2025, Grind & Go Café has been serving house-made lattes, delicious smoothies, protein bowls, sweets, savory breakfast + lunch options.
You might know us from our catering company, Kitchen to Aisle Catering, where we’ve been catering everything from intimate gatherings and corporate events to weddings and more.
Our Executive Chef and Co-Owner brings a touch of culinary fame to every dish. He’s been on Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen twice (placing top 5 and later as a finalist on the All-Star season), competed on Food Network’s Chopped Sweets, and our catering company has even served the Real Housewives of New York
and appeared on BRAVO TV!

Two separate visits l, same outcome!
DELICIOUS & FRESH.
First visit was just a couple days after their grand opening and the staff did not miss a beat. I actually had no idea they just opened because everyone was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Carrot cake latte… perfectly balanced, shuttle hits of carrot.
Strega Nonna HUGE on their house made focaccia,
prosciutto, burrata, and other ingredients.
Blueberry cobbler latte nice flavor of blueberries,
good espresso, perfect sweetness.
The avocado toast on sour dough I could eat this EVERYDAY! I loved how the cucumbers were sliced thin, nice portion of avocado, tomatoes, perfect amount of pickled onions and balsamic glaze.
This place is simply devine.
Can’t wait to come again and try two more different items.

A 10/10 experience.
The atmosphere was inviting with well thought out decor and seating, making it a perfect place for a family lunch or a coffee date.
I was impressed by the amount of gluten and dairy free options that were available and the food surpassed my expectations; everything was fresh and delicious and the presentation of the food was well executed.
We will definitely be returning.

I’ve been to grind and go twice since it opened
Making the trip all the way from the South Shore of MA
and I cannot recommend it enough!
The food is amazing.
You can tell the menu with curated with care and expertise.
Definitely recommend the carrot cake latte and soba noodle salad.
The staff is always so warm and excited to see you and the decor is super cute. Makes you just want to hang out there all day and drink coffee. Will definitely be back soon!
